Project Services

For custom development, design, marketing, SEO, hosting setup, or cybersecurity work, payments cover planning time, resource allocation, and completed milestones. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed and the written project agreement.

Before Work Starts

If a paid project is cancelled before any planning, design, development, setup, or third-party cost has started, we may issue a refund after deducting any payment gateway or administrative charges.

After Work Starts

Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered only for undelivered portions of the project. Completed milestones, consultations, strategy work, purchased assets, domains, licenses, and third-party services are not refundable.

Hosting and Domains

Domain registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, paid licenses, server resources, and third-party subscriptions are generally non-refundable because they are purchased or reserved immediately.

Revision and Approval

Approved designs, delivered files, deployed features, and completed campaign work are treated as accepted work. We will still help resolve eligible quality issues according to the project scope.

How to Request a Refund

Send your project name, payment reference, reason for the request, and supporting details to our team. We review requests case by case and respond with the next steps.
